Using this extension created by Lemoine Automation Technologies, you can directly create a story in Pivotal Tracker from Bugzilla, update the Tracker story state when a bug is updated in Bugzilla and mirror the story comments.
Once Pivotal Tracker and Bugzilla are associated, this bot (also created by Lemoine Automation Technologies), will send changes made to a bug story in Pivotal Tracker to Bugzilla. There are also rules to automatically update the status of Bugzilla when the status of the story is updated.
