SupportBee’s Pivotal Tracker integration app allows support agents to do the following, all from within the SupportBee interface:

  • Send feature requests and bug reports from SupportBee to any project in Pivotal.
  • Assign the story owner while sending a ticket (the owner drop-down list is automatically populated with project members).
  • Assign a story type while sending a ticket (e.g., feature, bug, chore, or release).
