Email support policy

All plans are eligible for email support; however, requests from project members in Enterprise and Standard plans are given priority. Enterprise customers are answered first, and Standard (15+ collaborator plan customers) are typically answered within a few business hours. All other inquiries, including those from Startup (10 collaborator plan) and Free plan customers, are usually replied to within 1–2 business days.
